We begin by understanding what the owner wants to change and what the property allows. A walkthrough helps identify visible conditions, access, building rules, and questions that need drawings or professional review. From there, an estimate can define scope, assumptions, and the decisions still needed.
Construction is coordinated with the owner’s architect or designer, expediter, building management, and trade professionals as applicable. Registered design professionals prepare and file required plans. The building confirms its own submission and site requirements. Clear roles help keep decisions with the people qualified to make them.

Projects may involve a single room, a broader interior renovation, a townhouse, unit turnover, or a tenant fit-out.
